How We Started

Child Loss @ Work was created out of personal experience. When a member of our team lost her child at a previous job, she experienced not only the weight of her grief but also the pressure of expectations from her manager to be “over it” faster. This combined with numerous other stories from grieving parents created an opportunity – we knew we could do better and help employees and their managers navigate such a profound loss.
