Every team and their needs are different. We listen and curate resources for the employer and the team based on the unique circumstances.  Resources for the grieving employee are specific to the child's age and cause of death.

We found the experts for you. Our team matches a qualified mental health professional to guide both the grieving employee and their team through the transition back to work. The benefit includes three (3) sessions with a transition coach.
