Transition Coach

The role of a transition coach is essential in supporting parents who have experienced the profound loss of a child, serving as a key resource in guiding grieving individuals and their teams through the return-to-work process with compassion and understanding.

Our service package includes three critical visits:

First Visit: A one-on-one meeting with the bereaved employee before their return to work, providing guidance and preparation for this difficult transition.

Second Visit: A session with the employee’s workplace team before the employee’s return, fostering understanding and equipping colleagues to provide meaningful support.

Third Visit: A follow-up one-on-one session with the employee after their return to work to ensure ongoing support and adjustment.
